This review focuses on the amazing support from the customer service crew. My local post office didn’t notify me that my package had been delivered to them. I was aware I needed to cover the duty fees, but I had no clue that my stuff had arrived. I kept an eye on the tracking, but it just said it was out for delivery. I reached out to the customer service team, and they worked quickly to get my item to me. They were incredibly nice and helpful. Kamila really went above and beyond. I’m super grateful. I’ve got my jacket now, and it fits perfectly. Big thanks to everyone!

I've shopped with them a bunch of times - stuff usually arrives faster than expected, and if there's a delay, they’re great at keeping customers in the loop. I'm really impressed with the quality as well; I've picked up t-shirts and leggings so far. The sizing seems spot on (for women, can't speak for the guys) just be sure to check the sizing info they provide in the description.

However, just a few days after I reached out, DFO got in touch with them on my behalf and sent out my order again. You just can't beat this level of customer service anywhere else. Let me tell you why Descended from Odin is just fantastic: I put in my preorder for the leather jacket back in late 2019, along with a few other goodies. It took a while to get everything made, and then bam, COVID hit. They sent out the rest of my order while I was still waiting. Throughout the wait, I kept following up, and every time, I received prompt and helpful responses the very next day. Even though the mail was a bit of a mess (it got stuck here for a bit, then was sent back to the UK, but DFO shipped it to me right away once they got it back and kept me in the loop), the jacket eventually arrived. I don’t usually write reviews, but DFO definitely deserves the shoutout.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I placed an order and then got an email saying one of the items was unavailable, with the option to choose a gift card or get my money back. I opted for a refund. That was nearly three months back. Every single one of my emails and messages on Instagram has been completely overlooked. I really want to back small businesses, but I can't stand by one that shows no concern for its customers. It's just so disappointing.
